Northern Home Furniture
As part of a Visual Merchandising class, we were put into groups of four and assigned a local business to work with. The objective was to create a window display. Northern Home Furniture (Fargo, ND), is an upscale furniture store. We were given quite a bit of flexibility by management, and the only instructions given were to make something for Spring/Summer. Together as a group, we chose each piece to create a display we were all proud of, especially considering each team member had an apparel background, doing interiors had been a challenge and was a good learning opportunity.

Stella Nova Boutique
The final project of Visual Merchandising class was to create everything for a retail space, from the exterior to the floor layout to the product varieties, and everything in-between. My group was given 9-11 girls clothing as a starting point.
Based on this, we decided to create a tween boutique can Stella Nova Boutique. The term Stella Nova essentially means "bright star." On this screen are a few images of products we might carry and inspiration for the aesthetics of the retail space.
